Admission Procedure

The admission for 16 seats in MDS shall be made on the basis of merit of Entrance Test. The remaining 11 seats to be filled by the Management (including 15% NRI) shall be based on the merit to be worked out from eligible candidates who have qualified Entrance Test or on the basis of merit of qualifying examination as per the direction of Dental Council of India.

Eligibility

A candidate for admission to MDS course (Master of Dental Surgery) must have recognized degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) awarded by a University duly recognized by Dental Council of India as per section 10(2) of the Dentist Act 1948 or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India and should have obtained permanent registration with the State Dental Council. Obtained at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination i.e. BDS.

Further admission to MDS courses shall be made on the basis of relative merit in NEET-MDS-2017.
